This document concerns the User’s personal data processing and protection in connection with their utilisation of the service: www.multilesson.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
MultiLesson sp. z o.o. respects the entitlement to the privacy of the multilesson.pl service Users. In particular, it cares about the protection of their personal data and applies the appropriate organisational and technical solutions preventing the interference in the privacy of the Users by third parties. Our activities are aimed at guaranteeing the sense of full safety to the User at the level required by the applicable law, including:
The Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation);
The Act of 18 July 2002 r. on providing services electronically;
The Act of 16 July 2004 – the telecommunications law.
The MultiLesson sp. z o.o.’s Service is used based on the safe SSL protocol, which considerably enhances the protection of data transmissions on the Internet.
Glossary of the terms:
cookie – a small amount of data recorded by the server on the User’s computer which the server may read at the time of the next connection from this computer,
system log – information transferred to the server by the User’s computer at the time of each connection, may contain various data (e.g. the IP number) with which one may establish more or less precisely from where the connection comes,
IP address – individual number which each computer connected to the Internet has as a rule, the IP number may be permanently related to the given computer (static) or assigned to a given connection (dynamic),
SSL protocol – special standard for sending data on the Internet in which the transmission is encrypted as opposed to ordinary sending when the transmission takes place in plain text.

II. Accumulation of the data
In relation to the use of the Service by the Users, we store http enquiries addressed to the server. The viewed resources are identified by URL addresses and concern:
the Public IP address of the terminal from which the enquiry has come;
the name of the User’s working station – identification takes place through the http protocol, if possible;
User’s name provided in the authorisation process;
the time when the enquiry has come;
the first line of the http request;
http reply code;
the number of the data sent by the server;
the URL address of the website previously visited by the User (the so-called referrer link) – in the event where the Service was accessed through an external link;
information about the User’s browser;
information about the errors which occurred when the http transaction is carried out.
The data specified above are not associated with any specific persons viewing the websites of the Service.
The Services do not collect any information in an automatic manner with the exception of the information contained in cookies. The information accumulated in this manner is used, inter alia, for the following purposes:
For Service management;
For stating the threats to safety, if any;
For the aggregated User traffic test within the Service and for statistical purposes, including the utilisation of Google Analytics tools and GetResponse tools, only in the event that e-mailing campaigns are additionally conducted;
However, the User may be asked to provide the following personal data so as to use the Service functionalities:
Name and surname;
Company name and address;
Preferred time for contact purposes.
The data indicated above are to be provided voluntarily, however if they are not provided, the User will not be able to use the functionalities of the Service requiring such data
III. Personal data processing
The data concerning the User collected by the Service and concerning the User may be used in order to adjust the content of the Service to the User’s needs and for providing the answers to the enquiry made by the User in the contact form he/she used.
The Users’ personal data accumulated are not handed over to any international organisations or third countries. Personal data may be processed by other entities in accordance with EU law or Polish law.
Personal data accumulated via the forms to which the User gave his/her consent are processed for the purposes and, in the period necessary, for the proper completion of the task. The details are described by the relevant clauses found under the forms in question.
The User’s rights
As far as the processing of his/her data is concerned, the User has the following rights:
access to the data;
rectification of the data;
erasure or restriction of processing;
lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;
IV. Utilisation of cookies
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
Making it easier for the Users to use the Service while viewing it;
Subsequent matching of the User in the event of the next connection to the Service with the device on which they were recorded;
Creation of the statistics which help to understand how Users use websites, which enables the improvement of their structure and content;
Adjustment of the content of the Service’s websites to the specific preferences of the User and optimizing the utilisation of websites, adjusted to the individual needs of the User;
The following types of cookies are used as part of the Service:
“Session cookies” – stored on the User’s terminal until he/she logs out, leaves the website, or closes the web browser;
“Permanent cookies” – stored on the User’s terminal throughout the time specified in cookies’ parameters, or until they are deleted by the User;
“Efficiency cookies” – enabling the collection of information about the manner of using the Service’s website;
“Necessary cookies” – enabling the use of the services available in the Service;
“Functional cookies” – enabling the settings chosen by the User to be remembered and enabling the personalisation of the User’s interface;
“Own cookies” – published by the Service;
“Third-party cookies” – derived from portals other than the Service;
The Information is not in any way connected with the Service User’s personal data and it is not used to determine the User’s identity. The scope of the information collected in an automatic manner depends on the settings of the User’s Internet browser. The User should check the settings of his/her browser in order to learn which information is made available by the browser in an automatic manner, or in order to change those settings. For this purpose we recommend becoming familiar with the contents of “Help” of the Internet browser used.
A change in the conditions of storage or obtaining cookies, is possible through the configuration of the settings in Internet browsers such as:
The software for viewing websites, i.e. the users’ Internet browser, usually allows the storage of cookies on the User’s terminals by default. The Service Users may change the settings in this respect. The Internet browser enables the deletion of cookies. The automatic blocking of cookies is also possible. Detailed information on the subject is contained in “Help” and the documentation of the Internet browser used by the User.
If the User does not wish to receive cookies, he/she may change the settings of his/her browser. However, if the operation of the cookies, which are necessary for the purposes of authorisation, safety or maintenance of the User’s preferences, is disabled, this may make it difficult for the User to use the Service, or in extreme cases – hinder his/her utilisation of the Service altogether.
